    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Services.

  4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to misuse the Services, access them unlawfully, scrape content, reverse engineer functionality, introduce malicious code, or interfere with site operation.

  5. Submissions and Accounts

    Information you submit must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.

  6. Vehicle Information

    Inventory, pricing, availability, incentives, and features are subject to change without notice and may contain inaccuracies.

  7. Third‑Party Services

    Certain features may be provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and policies.

  8. User Content

    You grant Dealer and Nabthat a perpetual, royalty‑free license to use any content you submit through the Services.

  9. Communications

  10. Monitoring and Analytics

    We may monitor and record interactions with the Services for security, analytics, and improvement purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

  11. Intellectual Property; Platform Ownership

    The Services include proprietary website software, layouts, designs, user interfaces, workflows, functionality, and related technology owned by Nabthat Inc. Except for Dealer‑specific content, all platform technology and system content are © Nabthat Inc. All rights reserved.

  12. Trademarks

    Trademarks owned by Nabthat Inc. and used under license include:

    • “Unlock Your Best Price” (USPTO Serial No. 87392119)

  13. Competitive Use and Anti‑Copycat Protection

    The Services and all platform components are proprietary to Nabthat Inc. Any access or use by competitors, vendors, agencies, or parties acting on their behalf for purposes of benchmarking, scraping, reverse engineering, AI training, or developing competing products is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach.

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

  15. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealer and Nabthat shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  16. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify Dealer and Nabthat against claims arising from your use of the Services.

  17. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

    Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Class actions are waived.

  18. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of CA.
