First time doing business with this location and thankfully the leasing process was smooth and easy. The salesperson Wilber was professional and knowledgeable about his work and answered all my questions patiently. Paperwork signing was quick and the negotiated monthly payment was what I expected. Highly recommend metro Honda for customer service and car selection.

I was very nervous with making my first car purchase since it seemed almost impossible to get my hands on the Honda CRV I wanted during this time of a car shortage caused by the pandemic. However, it was such an easy and smooth process with Anthony Chan.
I took my car here to get serviced and they were very fast and helpful. Mark helped me and he was very nice and understanding. I had to wait a bit to get my car serviced due to an unfortunate situation and they waited for me and took me when I was ready. The lady who checks people in I think her name was Estela was also very nice and understanding. I did not buy my car here but next time I get a new car I will definitely come to this dealership. I started out my lease search in Northern California and end up to pickup the lease car from Metro Honda in Southern California due to great deal from Anthony Chan at Metro Honda. It was a great experience working with Anthony Chan and his team. The price is really the best that I got from various quotes. It took me less than an hour to drive off a brand new 2018 Honda Civic. The customer service by Anthony Chan is excellent and I highly recommend that you ask for Anthony Chan to buy or lease car from Metro Honda.

Ryan Prentice was great and very helpful. He took his time with us. One thing we didn't care for was the additional cost for the alarm (not Ryan's fault). I wished it was an optional feature instead of forcing customers to pay for it. That's the only thing, other than that, the car we bought is great and the price was really good. Like

Sent email showing interest and by the end of day we walked out with my sister's first car! As soon as we walked in theres someone greeting and ready to assist. Everyone who helped me out was so kind and helpful - starting with the girl who initially took my mileage, the guy (from texas) who did the paperwork , to the person who handed me the keys. They were all extremely fast too which I appreciated ! will def return here .

I purchased my car here in 2017 and got a super deal. I was happy with my purchase. I love my Honda. I’ve been going there to service it with a scheduled appointment. It’s okay not bad but is not super. I just go there because I know I will get top quality products. Customer service isn’t all that great, could use some improvement. Last time I went with a scheduled appointment I felt like a ghost, I was not being noticed and they were helping other people who came after me. Even though I was number 2 there. That’s all I have to say about that.
